A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“This is the most inexpensive accomodation in the centrum. No bedbugs when I was there last week, but some mattresses that looked the same as the ones in the motel were piled up on the sidewalk outside. Maybe I got lucky? If I hadn't seen it in the reviews I wouldn't have thought of it. The place was clean enough and quite safe and secure. Good staff interactions. Room was tiny and the walls quite thin, no remote for the TV. A cheap room in the center of the most expensive city in Europe and on an amazing street. It is what it is.”
“We stayed here after Christmas and will definitely be going back! The hotel was in a perfect location for us, close enough to get to central by walking or a tram almost outside the door! Perfectly situated on the canal! The rooms weren’t anything special but they were clean and tidy and great value for money! Our flight home was cancelled and they couldn’t do enough for us to get us back in for another night! The owners at ITC Hotel were incredibly helpful, honest, friendly and went the extra mile! Next time we go to Amsterdam we will definitely be staying at this hotel again! Thank you ITC hotel for being so friendly, helpful and accommodating”
“An amazing experience for me, The entire staff is pleasant, patient and accessible. I am traveling alone and needed help, which the staff provided above and beyond expectations. If you are simple people, looking for a nice and quiet place to stay, and to leave with a service experience where they see you and your needs as a person, this is the place.”
“I stayed here for 2 nights during my business trip to Amsterdam. It's a budget friendly hotel, with basically no other amenities. Team was helpful although a bit cold. The only thing I was not glad about was pillows. I have never seen anything that bad and had to use my towel. Other than that, rooms are small and restrooms & bathrooms are shared and seemed okay to me. I don't regret my stay but I not sure if I'd suggest.”
“Actually I was really scared about the bedbugs’s comments but I haven’t got any! Actually a pretty good experience! Yes the walls are thin but hey it’s the center of Amsterdam and their old buildings! It’s all about the common sens of your neighbors of the day ! The location is perfect!”
